Assembled this last night - !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! was a bit dry (partly my fault, forgot to serve it with tomato sauce). So it’s meatloaf casserole. Leftover meatloaf, a bit of leftover sauce on top:

Onions, of course, because they make everything except dessert better:

Then a layer of sour cream mashed potatoes, and top with grated cheddar. In the oven now - smells great.

Since we broke our crockpot last week (the crock cracked when in use, sauce out the drain holes onto the counter it was a mess) our replacement instantpot arrived so we gave it a test run.

My 3 hour Military Science class was at a nice local Italian place instead of our usual building. So I had a grilled chicken caesar salad because I love them and it didn’t cost $30.

Much more sophisticated than the one we got - I just went All-Clad because those are the pots I selected, and I have brand loyalty if something works well.

My crock pot crocked out too and got an instant pot! Made beef stew twice so far and will make a soup soon.
